NDL Group, Inc. provided pre-construction services including preliminary space planning, construction budgets, and value engineering for the Opportunity Village Thrift Store tenant improvement in Las Vegas, NV. Once selected as the general contractor, NDL Group, Inc. assembled the design-build team including all necessary consultants. This tenant improvement project involved extensive demolition and code updates to the existing building which formerly housed a grocery store. NDL staff performed construction project management, supervision, design-build architectural plan preparation, egress drawings, expedited plan check submittal, millwork, and concrete work.
