President and Founder

Nathan Schweigart, President and founder of NDL Group, Inc., has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of the construction field. He began his professional career in the roofing industry where he worked his way from a roofer at Bryant Universal Roofers into a management role taking on responsibilities such as estimating, material purchasing, and permitting. Prior to pursuing his contractor’s license, he was the manager of re-roofing operations for Commercial Roofers, a large commercial roofing and waterproofing firm with sales in excess of 10 million annually.

Nathan used his experience with contracting and engineering plans and specification interpretation to his advantage when opening NDL Group, Inc. in 2003. He is responsible for all day to day decision making and is a hands on owner who assists his staff with construction budgets, mentoring, and review of in-house design-build plans and specifications. Nathan is adept at coordinating an entire construction team including architects, owners, and consultants which ensures the proper execution of construction projects. Because of his vast knowledge of construction, NDL Group, Inc. is one of the few self-performing contracting firms in Southern Nevada which helps clients control costs and execute construction changes without relying 100% on subcontractors.

Nathan maintains a continuing affiliation with organizations such as IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and RCI (Roof Consultants Institute). All are part of his commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest construction trends and techniques in order to continually strive to improve the operations of NDL Group, Inc.

Outside of NDL Group, Inc., Nathan enjoys spending time with his young son and wife appreciating personal interests such as, aviation, camping and golfing. He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Board Treasurer for Safe Nest, Nevada’s largest and most comprehensive charity devoted to domestic violence issues.
