Pizza Forte known for their Roman-style pizza is owned and operated by the family of Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar. NDL Group, Inc. was hired to do an interior tenant improvement of the shell building at University Gateway. This 1,529 square foot project included designing the space plan and the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Beautiful subway tile, quartz countertops, and a polished concrete floor are what really brought this space to life.
NDL Group has broken ground on 2.5 acre site to construct a new office / warehouse facility with all onsite and offsite improvements.
The project consists of a 53,000 Sq/Ft tilt-up concrete building with mezzanine.
