Who is your employer? NDL Group Inc.
What is their line of business? We are a full service, design build General Contractor. We hold an unlimited A/B license and can bond up to 40 million dollars. We also have a full in-house service department.
What is your position and what do you do? I am the Director of Marketing. It is my goal to always make sure we shine for our clients.
How long have you worked for them? I’ve worked for NDL for about a year; however, my husband started the company in 2003.Who were you previously employed with, as it relates to the commercial industry world? I was previously employed by Remington Nevada, a commercial land developer. Prior to that I worked in leasing for KIMCO Realty Corporation.
How long have you been in commercial real estate? I have spent my entire adult life in commercial real estate. I hesitate to say how long that is…20+ years! I have been involved with land development, property management, commercial banking and commercial leasing.
How did you get started in the industry? I got my start as a receptionist for a land developer out of college. I have followed him to a few different companies, with some breaks in between to learn about different parts of the industry. I have always prided myself by on learning on the job. If you’re not growing, your dying and I’m not going anywhere yet.
How long have you been a member? I joined CREW the end of 2017.
How do you hope CREW will (or how has it already) assist(ed) you? I adore the members of CREW. In my role, I attend many networking functions and I have found the members of CREW to be extremely welcoming and sincere.
Has business networking with CREW helped you? If so, how? YES, YES, YES! I have made quite a few new clients through CREW. I have also had the opportunity to make acquaintance with a lot of individuals who I know I wouldn’t have met had I not been involved with CREW. It has been an amazing resource.
What would you like to ask CREW members about CREW? I’d ask the membership what they feel is the best way to get the most out of the organization.
Do you belong to any other commercial real estate organizations? I belong to NAIOP and BOMA. Our company is currently on the wait list for IREM.
How long have you resided in Las Vegas? I was born in Los Angeles but have lived in Las Vegas since I was 5.
What do you do for relaxation and fun? My husband, son and I enjoy spending time at our property in Duck Creek, UT. We also enjoy golf and exploring new restaurants.
