Gaudin Ford

NDL Group performed an extreme tenant improvement at a shop building for Gaudin Ford. This tenant improvement consisted of concrete work, tilt-up cutting for new overhead doors, CMU walls, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment coordination for installation, and finishes throughout. This project also included the addition of a new mezzanine to expand storage space. Spanning approximately 25,000 square feet, this project required dedicated attention during the design-assist pre construction phase, as well as throughout the course of construction. This newly-remodeled vehicle shop is currently functional for major vehicle repairs.
