Patrick Place

Patrick Place is a 33,000 Sq/Ft concrete tilt-up warehouse, designed and currently under construction by NDL Group, Inc.  The building shell is constructed of reinforced concrete tilt-up structure with a panelized roof system and integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The project also consists of onsite and offsite grading and paving, concrete flatwork, masonry screen walls and landscaping. The building shell with 24’ clear height warehouse, two storefront entries, three dock height overhead doors, two grade height overhead doors, 4000 Amp electrical service and ESFR sprinkler system make it adaptable for various future uses. The Patrick Place project broke ground in November of 2025 and is scheduled to be completed by July 2026.
