Ground-Up Construction
NDL Group Inc. proudly completed the construction of Patrick Place in July 2026, a 33,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up warehouse. The project features a durable tilt-up concrete shell, panelized roof system, and integrated MEP systems designed for long-term functionality and flexibility.
Site improvements included onsite and offsite grading and paving, concrete flatwork, masonry screen walls, and landscaping. The facility offers 24-foot clear-height warehouse space, storefront entries, dock-height and grade-height overhead doors, a 4,000-amp electrical service, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
