NDL Group Inc. opened in 2003 specializing in commercial general contracting and commercial engineering. NDL Group’s services include: land entitlements, pre-construction, design build services, commercial construction, commercial building tenant improvements, service work order contracting, and owner representation services.
NDL Group, Inc. holds unlimited Nevada A and B contractor’s licenses along with C-3, C-4, C-5 and C-36. Additionally, we are licensed to work as a general contractor in both Arizona and Utah. Our experience includes ground up projects and a vast variety and size of tenant improvements including industrial, medical, retail, office and hospitality projects. We can subcontract and self-perform work including framing, drywall, concrete, foam roofing and building envelope maintenance for commercial businesses. An advantage to self-performing multiple trades is that we are able to control the schedule and pass additional savings on our clients.

Leading with Experience and Vision
Nathan Schweigart is the President and Founder of NDL Group, Inc., which was established in 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. His professional journey began in the roofing industry at Bryant Universal Roofers, where he progressed from a roofer to a management position. He then managed re-roofing operations at Commercial Roofers, a large and well-respected firm in roofing and waterproofing with annual sales exceeding 10 million. Nathan is the qualified individual holding the NDL Group, Inc. contractor’s licenses in Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
At NDL Group, Inc., Nathan oversees daily operations and engages directly with his team on construction budgets, mentoring, and reviewing design-build plans and specifications. His expertise in contracting and engineering allows him to coordinate effectively with architects, owners, and consultants, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Nathan is actively involved with professional organizations, including (Institute of Real Estate Management), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and RCI (Roof Consultants Institute), which helps him stay informed about the latest construction trends and techniques.
Outside of his professional commitments, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and friends in pursuing his interests in aviation, camping, automotive sports, and golfing. Previously Nathan served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Board Treasurer for Safe Nest, a charity focused on domestic violence issues in Nevada. His current charity focus is in his commitment to Project Marilyn, whose mission is to ensure that everyone has the supplies needed to have a healthy and dignified period regardless of their housing and financial status.
