Aviation Complex Project
Serving the aviation needs in Southern Nevada, the newly developed state-of-the-art, complex includes a spacious, two-story lobby, training rooms, several classrooms, a library, a conference room, an avionics workshop, a pilot shop, and a parts department. NDL Group Inc.'s scope for the durable 105,000 square foot complex, utilizing tilt-up concrete construction with pre-engineered metal building, features a 37,516 sq. foot maintenance building, 16 "T" hangars for storing small personal aircraft and 9 box hangars that can accommodate mid-size business jets. Additional design and build out projects included a taxiway construction per FAA and DOA guidelines as well as individual grounding system for airplanes.
