NDL Group Inc. is a full-service Commercial General Contractor providing services since 2003, across Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. We provide ground-up construction, Tenant Improvements (TI), Design-Build, CMAR, and self-performing trade services with cost-efficient, quality-controlled delivery for commercial projects across the Southwest.
We hold unlimited Nevada State Contractor’s A & B licenses (Lic. #0077205 & #0056942), along with multiple specialty licenses (C-3, C-4, C-5, C-36). Our 20+ years of experience in the Las Vegas Valley ensure we understand local codes and project complexities. We also proudly serve clients in Arizona (Lic. #308525) and Utah (Lic. #13974868-5501).
Unlike many competitors, NDL Group Inc. is a Self-Performing Contractor. This means we employ our own expert crews for key trades (including but not limited to concrete, framing, drywall, spray foam and protective coatings) allowing us to guarantee tighter quality control, faster
schedules, and direct cost savings on your commercial construction project.

Leading with Experience and Vision
Nathan Schweigart is the President and Founder of NDL Group Inc., which was established in 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. His professional journey began in the roofing industry at Bryant Universal Roofers, where he progressed from a roofer to a management position. He then managed re-roofing operations at Commercial Roofers, a large and well-respected firm in roofing and waterproofing with annual sales exceeding 10 million. Nathan is the qualified individual holding the NDL Group, Inc. contractor’s licenses in Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
At NDL Group, Inc., Nathan oversees daily operations and engages directly with his team on construction budgets, mentoring, and reviewing design-build plans and specifications. His expertise in contracting and engineering allows him to coordinate effectively with architects, owners, and consultants, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Nathan is actively involved with professional organizations, including (Institute of Real Estate Management), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) and RCI (Roof Consultants Institute), which helps him stay informed about the latest construction trends and techniques.
Outside of his professional commitments, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and friends in pursuing his interests in aviation, camping, automotive sports, and golfing. Previously Nathan served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Board Treasurer for Safe Nest, a charity focused on domestic violence issues in Nevada. His current charity focus is in his commitment to Project Marilyn, whose mission is to ensure that everyone has the supplies needed to have a healthy and dignified period regardless of their housing and financial status.
