Patrick Place Tilt-Up

Patrick Place is a 33,000 sq ft concrete tilt-up warehouse designed and under construction by NDL Group Inc, started November 2025 and scheduled for completion July 2026. The shell features reinforced concrete tilt-up panels, a panelized roof, and integrated MEP systems. The project includes onsite/offsite grading and paving, concrete flatwork, masonry screen walls, and landscaping. The building offers 24’ clear height warehouse, storefront entries, dock and grade height overhead doors, 4000 Amp service, and ESFR sprinklers for flexible future use.
