Cushman & Wakefield office suite

Completed in 2025, Cushman & Wakefield’s Las Vegas Office Suite in the TWO Summerlin building was delivered by NDL Group, Inc. as a full tenant improvement project for Suite 160. Spanning just under 10,000 square feet, the remodel included demolition, new framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, flooring, custom millwork, and upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. The design reflects Cushman & Wakefield’s global brand while offering functional spaces such as private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative areas to enhance workflow. Working within a tight schedule, the project provided a sophisticated, welcoming environment highlighted by a signature logo-lit wall in the lobby, showcasing NDL Group’s precision and ability to deliver high-quality tenant improvements for national clients.
