DirtCo Warehouse and Office Space

Started in 2025 for DirtCo LLC, NDL Group, Inc. delivered the CMU design build construction of a new office and warehouse facility managing every aspect from initial grading and utility installation to concrete foundations, structural steel, masonry, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project includes full site development, secure access, extensive paving, and high-quality finishes throughout the building. The finished facility will provide DirtCo with a robust and efficient space that supports both daily operations and long-term growth.
