Tenant Improvements Project
This project consisted of the build out to an existing shell building to create a 9,800sf batting cage facility with associated retail areas. NDL Group, Inc. served as the design-build general contractor on this project including providing the necessary entitlements for this location. Special attention was given to create consistency in branding with other Marucci facilities and incorporating multimedia components and owner provided equipment.
