tenant improvements project
NDL Group, Inc. was hired to convert an office warehouse space into a 4,700sf commercial catering kitchen. This project included demolition, framing, drywall along with adjusting of mechanical, electrical and plumbing to accommodate the new kitchen requirements. To complete the transformation we installed a new walk-in cooler & freezer, a 1,200 gallon grease interceptor, kitchen equipment that included a Type 1 hood and new epoxy flooring.
