This ongoing project by NDL Group Inc. will consist of six pads becoming a mixture of retail and dining. Located in a fast growing part of the Las Vegas valley the development will bring a diverse mix of business to this area. Future tenants include Taco Bell (set to open in October 2024), AutoZone and a supper club.
