7-Eleven

Completed in 2022 NDL Group, Inc. was chosen to perform tenant improvement work for a new 7-Eleven location next to the UNLV campus. The 2,100sf project consisted of underground plumbing, mechanical, electrical, framing, drywall and installation of a walk-in cooler. The store is located in University Gateway, a seven story mixed used building that is part of the Maryland Parkway Campus Master Plan.
